All of our classes can be adjusted to cater to all levels of experience, however we do offer a few beginner friendly classes to kick you off!

If it is your first time practicing yoga, we recommend attending one of our Flow Foundations, Chill Flow or Yin classes.

If it is your first Reformer Pilates class, we recommend attending the Reformer Align class.

In all of our classes, you are more than welcome to rest whenever you feel like it and re-join the class at your leisure.

Please check-in in with our friendly reception desk before all classes (let them know if you’re attending a back-to-back class).

Arrive at least 10-15 minutes before the commencement of class as late admittance is disruptive and we will not allow entry into class post the 5 minutes grace period.’

No personal belongings in the reformer & mat room other than water and towels. If you’d like to take photos of the studio please do so before or after class.

Please stay for the entire duration of the class out of respect for your teacher and fellow students. If you need to take a break you may take a rest at any time during the practice.

We request that our clients cancel at least 12 hours in advance of the class via our website.

If you do not attend a booking or cancel within 12 hours of the commencement of class you will lose your class credit or be charged a RM20 fee.

Each package can be used once for our first timers 🙂

We highly recommend that you create an account with us via our website and book into class online to avoid disappointment.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the commencement of your class – not only will you not miss your class, but you’ll have great fun spending time with us in the studio.

For your classes, please bring a bottle of water and wear comfortable, light clothing that moves with your body.

If you will be taking a Reformer Pilates class please bring some Grip socks with you. If you don’t have any, they can be purchased at our studio for RM40.

Our studio will provide the rest – mats, straps, bolsters and blocks for our yoga classes.

Before and after your classes, you’re more than welcome to use our bathroom facilities with showers and complimentary amenities – towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryer and hair-straightener.

Yes, we have both on-street and private parking (directly in front of our studio and across the road) at our Bangsar studio however it is limited and can get busy depending on the time of day.

We strongly suggest you arrive early so you can get a park as we will lock the doors 5 minutes after the commencement of class!

If you are parking on-street, please be considerate to our neighbours – we do not like to block them from their homes 🙂

If you do have an injury we recommend that you get the all clear from your doctor/healthcare practitioner before attending any of our classes.

Before each class your teacher will ask if anyone has any injuries, or you can tell us at the reception. Our teachers will let you know

But most importantly! Please listen to your own body, if something is not feeling right move your body accordingly.

If you are pregnant we recommend that you check with your doctor/healthcare practitioner before attending any of our classes.

Please note that practicing is at your own risk and it’s your responsibility to practice the modifications with caution.

We do have a Group Reformer Align (Pre/Post Natal friendly) class every Monday at 11am.
