YOGA TEACHER TRAINING.

You don’t need to become a teacher to train like one.

Most people practise yoga, but very few truly understand it.

You follow cues. You sweat, stretch, reset.

But your alignment, breath, control?
Still unclear.

At The Flow Education, we believe your practice deserves more than repetition.
It deserves understanding.
