Fun fact: you can give each one of our introductory offers a go (yoga, reformer pilates & private classes). Each offer is valid once per client. Let’s get flowing!

Your first time can be scary, but don’t fret! The Flow Studio is definitely a beginner-friendly studio.
Beginner-friendly classes:
Yoga & Mat Pilates | Flow Foundations, Flow Slow and Yin
Reformer Pilates | Reformer Foundations
All class bookings are made via our website or via The Flow Studio app.
‘W’ means a class is full, however you can join the Waitlist. You will be automatically enrolled if a spot becomes available so please make sure to remove yourself if you can no longer make it.
‘S’ means the class is being taught by a substitute instructor.
We have a strict 12 hour late cancellation policy. Your class credit will be forfeited if you cancel with less than 12 hours notice.
Please bring a bottle of water and wear comfortable, light clothing that moves with your body. We have bath towels available for rent if you need to take a shower after class.
If you are taking a Reformer Pilates class please bring a pair of grip socks or they are available to purchase in studio. Â
We have a strict 5 minute lockout policy. To ensure your safety during the session, if you are more than 5 minutes late, you will not be allowed entry into class. Â
