FOUNDATIONS PART 1: SHOULDERS, ARMS & ALIGNMENT
13 JULY: 215 – 330pm KLGCC

Join us in a two-part Foundations of Yoga workshop, where we will focus on alignment, form, and technique to help you build a strong and sustainable yoga practice. You’ll learn how to move through each pose with precision and ease, avoiding injury and maximizing the benefits of each posture.

Build strength and confidence in mastering the foundational upper body poses like Downward Dog, Plank, Chaturanga and Forward Fold. In this hands-on workshop, you will learn proper shoulder alignment, arm activation, and core control to help you move safely and efficiently through the sun salutation.
Whether you’re just starting out or want to clean up your form, this session is key to unlocking strength-based poses like arm balances and inversions later on. 

Progress starts with solid technique — this is your launchpad.

FOUNDATIONS PART 2: LEGS, BALANCE  & STABILITY
19 JULY: 215 – 330pm KLGCC

Strong foundations start from the ground up. The second part of the foundations workshop highlights growing your practice by breaking down the anatomy of the lower body, working our way up from feet, legs and hips. We will explore Warrior variations, standing sequences, and balance drills that will strengthen your legs, and enhance body awareness to improve your transitions seamlessly.

Alia will help you find power in movement, so your flow feels grounded and effortless. 

If you’re wobbling through balancing poses or losing control in standing sequences, this is your reset.

TWISTS, BENDS & BINDS: EXPANDING YOUR RANGE
20 JULY: 215 – 330pm KLGCC
Instructor: Melvin

Unlock more freedom in your body through intentional movement. Melvin will guide you through spinal mechanics to deepen your backbends, improve spinal rotation, and safely enter side bends and binds.

You’ll learn how to create space in the body while maintaining control — making previously “tight” or inaccessible poses feel more open, perhaps even being able to catch your first bind. 

Expect to leave taller, lighter, and moving with more grace and fluidity.

YOGI STRENGTH: POWER WITH PURPOSE
26 JULY: 215 – 330pm KLGCC

This class explores the deeper layers of strength in yoga—beyond just muscle. If you thought yoga was just about stretching, think again. 

Expect to learn how to integrate the different aspects of strength training into a dynamic and safe yoga practice as Melvin combines functional movement with yoga to help you build control, endurance, and strength. We will break down bent arm strength, straight arm strength, core engagement and uddiyana band to create lift, lightness and control.

You’ll walk away with strength you can feel in your flow and apply in every pose.

FLIGHT: THE POWER OF INVERSIONS
27 JULY: 215 – 330pm KLGCC

ake your practice to new heights — literally. This energising workshop will help you build the strength, control, and confidence to explore inversions – headstands handstands and beyond. 

Edward will guide you through fun and accessible drills to activate your core, stabilise your shoulders, and create the solid foundation needed to take flights.

You’ll learn how to lift into headstand with ease, play with creative leg shapes, and even catch a moment of hangtime. Most importantly, you’ll face fears, build self-trust, and leave feeling stronger — both physically and mentally. 

No pressure, no ego — just progress. Whether you’re brand new to inversions or ready to refine your upside-down game, this is your invitation to rise.

EXPLORING YOUR INNER SEASONS & INTENTION SETTING
2 AUGUST: 300 – 500pm KLGCC

Reconnect with your inner rhythm in this soulful, self-reflective journey. We begin with a grounding opening circle and intention-setting ritual, before exploring the energetic cycles of the inner seasons through guided journaling and gentle discussion.
The session follows with a soothing gong bath and closing circle to integrate your insights.

Expect clarity, emotional release, and a renewed sense of direction — inside and out.

YIN & SOUNDBATH: RELEASE & CONNECT
3 AUGUST: 300 – 415pm Bangsar
Instructor: Shari

Soothe your nervous system and invite deep rest. Shari leads a grounding Yin practice designed to release tension, open the body gently, and create space for stillness — followed by a healing sound bath to calm the mind.
This is your moment to unplug and reset.

Ideal for anyone seeking physical release, emotional balance, or a moment of quiet in a noisy world.
