This fun filled 5 day program will encompass daily 75 minute classes incorporating breath work, yoga flow, storytelling, guided visualisation, games and craft that encourage the practice of mindfulness amongst children.

Each day will focus on a different theme so overall, your child learns how to better manage their emotions, react calmly to situations, increase their ability to focus and become stronger – physically, emotionally and mentally.
