Movement is no stranger to Su Lynn – she grew up living an active lifestyle, dabbling into Rhythmic Gymnastic, Contemporary and Jazz, and Pole Dancing since she was 8 years old.
Believing that movement and emotions are deeply intertwined, she fell in love with Yoga in 2012 and got her 350-hour Yoga Teacher (RYT) certification with the Australian Yoga Academy in Melbourne.
Engaging, intuitive and all about being present – she is experienced in teaching children yoga through community events and private sessions. She believes that yoga can benefit children’s growth development, physically and mentally.
