Anything in life starts with a solid foundation, and your yoga practice isn’t any different. We will break down the components of each pose within Sun Salutation A & B, focusing on alignment and effective muscular engagement. These poses may look simple, but like all strong foundations – they are the key to unlocking all other more complex poses in your practice. Whether you’re a total newbie or an experienced yogi looking to gain the necessary tools to build upon more complex asanas, you’ll walk away with a clear understanding of the key alignment points for foundational poses, the common “do’s and dont’s” and the ability to modify the practice to suit your individual body structure.
Ready, Get Set, Crow with Edward

Mastering a solid crow pose is the key to unlocking all other arm balances in your yoga practice. Learn solid foundations to achieve and advance your crow pose; allowing you (and your practice!) to take flight effortlessly! You’ll begin with an intro flow incorporating key crow pose techniques, followed by drills, technique breakdown and tools on how to gain more hang time and advance your crow into other variations. Come explore in a supportive environment, with time to ask questions whilst troubleshooting your crow pose.

Journey inward through a multitude of nourishing soulful practice from an opening guided meditation, group sharing circle, journaling, to deep listening and Yin. Dive deeper into an exploration of your inner seasons with a heart opening kirtan to recognize, rebirth and rebalance the feminine within.
