To ensure everyone’s safety and health condition, all challengers will only be able to enroll up to TWO (2) warm and/or hot classes per day during the challenge period

  1. All existing packages will be frozen or extended over the challenge period on an opt-in basis. Fill in the Google Form to request this.
  2. Standard cancellation policy applies (12 hours prior to class).
  3. No show fee of RM20 per class will be charged if challengers enrol into class(es) using the challenge packages.
  4. Three (3) no shows with the following term above will result into package freezing for seven (7) days.
  5. Each challenge booster point is redeemable ONCE per challenger during challenge period.
  6. Challenge packages are strictly non-extendable and non-transferable.
  7. First 50 challengers will be contacted via email on the challenge tank redemption one (1) week prior to challenge period. Limited sizes available, while stock lasts.
  8. Only successful check-ins will be qualified as points for the grand prize(s), using the challenge pack.
  9. Challengers must be present at challenge wrap party on 8 June 2024 to be eligible for the grand prize announcement.
  10. The Flow Studio reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately.
