marketing manager

We’re looking for a creative, pro-active and results-driven Marketing Manager to become the storyteller of The Flow Studio! You will be a 365° marketer responsible for creating and delivering on the overarching brand strategy both locally and internationally. You will spearhead the creation of all marketing content/campaigns (online and offline), delivering captivating content that drives brand awareness and engagement whilst ensuring a seamless customer journey for our clients alongside a team of like-minded individuals.

Job Description

  • Marketing strategy – Conceptualize and execute seasonal and tactical campaigns and other marketing strategies across both online and offline channels.
  • Social Media management – Plan and manage daily social media posts across all channels (EDM, Instagram, Insta-Stories, Facebook)
  • Email management – Design engaging EDMs with a focus on improving click through and conversion rates, including setting up automated customer journeys
  • Content creation – Remain accountable for the creation of captivating and engaging brand-relevant content to drive brand visibility and engagement for all channels (IG, stories, website, EDM and offline) through photography, videography, graphic design and running of photoshoots (from moodboard to execution)
  • Copywriting – Understand The Flow Studio’s tone of voice and deliver our brand message across all platforms – social media, digital marketing, website, blog and in studio communications
  • PR & Events – Originate and manage end-to-end process of all partnerships, synergies and collaborations
  • Production – Liaising with suppliers for conceptualisation and production of marketing merchandise and print materials
  • Paid Advertising – Develop and implement ad campaigns across Facebook/Google Ads and improving SEO, with a key focus on ROI and driving revenue. Daily analysis of ad performance, consistently reviewing and making necessary iterations to running campaigns
  • Analytics – Analyze and present monthly data analytics (digital and offline) to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

The ideal candidate has:

  • 4-5 years’ experience in a similar marketing role
  • Able to demonstrate a successful track record of social media management and execution
  • A specialist understanding of all major social media platforms and analytics to deliver ROI
  • Highly creative, a strong design sensibility and attention to detail – with experience in creating unique and engaging design concepts and digital content across a variety of platforms
  • A creative wordsmith and brand advocate, who can embody The Flow Studio’s brand through exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Highly effective time management and organisational skills, and the ability to work autonomously to tight deadlines while being a team player
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, SEO
  • Experience in Wordpress highly regarded
  • Positive work ethic, willingness to unlearn/relearn and a sense of humour.
  • Passion in yoga or pilates is a plus

studio operations executive

The Studio Operations Executive is responsible for delivering a superior yoga & pilates experience to The Flow Studio clients. This involves proactive ownership of the customer experience through control and management of the physical environment of the studio to meticulous standards, the quality of delivery of classroom instruction and communication with clients.

Job Description

  • Manages the day-to-day operations of the studio (physical and virtual)
  • Provides a superior customer service experience to clients. 
  • Trains and manages a team of Desk Staff
  • Proactively manages multiple class schedules
  • Support administrative matters from Recruitment through to Finance, HR & Customer Service
  • Be hands-on and apply strategic thinking to continuously improve processes and ensuring the smooth running of classes taught at The Flow Studio.

The ideal candidate has: 

  • Problem solving skills and is quick to think on your feet
  • People management experience
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage different personalities
  • Strong business, analytical and IT skills together with a proven record of managing financials

marketing executive

As the Marketing Executive for The Flow Studio, you play a vital role in bringing the studio’s brand strategy to life both locally and internationally, plus drive a series of online and offline campaigns. This role involves a hybrid of marketing experience, including but not limited to: social media, digital & traditional marketing, design and public relations.

Job Description

  • Develop and ensure prompt execution of effective marketing collateral across multiple channels including but not limited to social media, eDM, website, print and traditional bricks & mortar. 
  • Conduct market research and analyse data to identify audiences, evaluate trends, brand awareness and competitor activity. 
  • Plan and execute events (including on site support) that appeal to the local market and result in optimum attendance & client retention. 
  • Write creative copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.) 
  • Creating and publishing content, including text posts, video and images for use on social media & website. 
  • Ensuring all social media accounts are well serviced.
  • Monitoring and managing performance of campaigns using data based analytics tools and presenting this data in an easy to understand format. 
  • Effectively promoting social media posts, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, Google Adwords etc. 
  • Liaising with suppliers as required and managing the production of marketing materials such as leaflets, flyers, posters and merchandise. 
  • Maintain relationships with media vendors/publishers/suppliers and identifying opportunities for press or brand collaborations

The ideal candidate has:

  • Proficient in MS Office, marketing software (e.g. CRM), Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Canva 
  • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and stati- 
  • stics methods 
  • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best prac- 
  • Excellent with social media and web analytics 
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities 
  • Creativity and commercial awareness 
  • Graduate degree in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline

front desk (casual or part-time)

As the face of the studio, desk ninjas provide customer service support to the studio clients and guests.

Job Description

  • Ensure proper check in procedures are followed
  • Provide a superior level of customer service and hospitality to clients
  • Cleaning studio to meticulous standards (i.e. mat & reformer rooms, bathrooms, changing rooms and common area)
  • Assist the Studio Lead with daily studio tasks and projects
  • Maintain product knowledge for all studio retail operations
  • Develop relationship with potential, new and existing clients

The ideal candidate has: 

  • Customer service experience and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and is comfortable working with a wide range of personalities (in studio, on the phone and email)
  • Willingness to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction
  • A positive, proactive and friendly attitude
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty
  • Good multitasking and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work shifts anytime between 8am – 12pm weekdays or weekends, including 5:30pm – 9:30pm for weekdays.
