
Shari started his yoga journey around 30 years ago and found his way to Yin Yoga to balance out his intense spinning and strength training routines. Before joining the Flow team, Shari was a Fitness Instructor and Complementary Therapist at Holmes Place in London. He’s also worked as a Training Manager and taught English in China.
Shari is passionate about sharing the calm and benefits of yoga with others. With certifications in RYT-200 and 75 hours of Yin Yoga training, he’s ever ready to help you find your flow.
