Her Pilates journey began during the pandemic as a way to recover from a sports injury, and that spark quickly turned into a deep passion. Now, with certifications in STOTT Intensive Mat and Reformer, as well as BASI Pilates for Injuries and Pathologies, she is committed to helping others find strength and healing through Pilates.
