Designed to challenge and invigorate, this class offers you the opportunity to diversify your Pilates practice as you move seamlessly through four stations featuring the Ladder Barrel, Chair, Cadillac, and Reformer.

In this circuit-style class, you will work through a distinct set of exercises that target different muscle groups with each station designed to provide a unique challenge and complement each other, ensuring a well-rounded workout that engages your entire body.

This class is suitable for those who have attended at least 8 Group Reformer Strength+ classes with an understanding of pilates exercises and terms expected.
