Break down the fundamental exercises you’ll see in most group classes — and understand exactly how to do them right, what muscles you’re activating, and how to fix common mistakes before they become habits.
Real-Time Form Corrections
Ever wonder if your hips are aligned? Or if your spine’s doing what it’s supposed to? We’ll show you what’s going wrong (gently!) and how to fix it — so you learn to spot and fix misalignments in your own body. We’ll teach you how to self-correct with precision — the same way our instructors are trained.
From Basics to Flow
Put everything you’ve learned into a short, fun sequence that helps you transition with control, feel what it’s like to actually be in the flow, and build readiness for more advanced variations.
