  • Fundamental Arm Balances: Step-by-step breakdowns of key poses such as Crow (Bakasana), Side Crow (Parsva Bakasana), Flying Crow (Eka Pada Bakasana), and Eight-Angle Pose (Astavakrasana).
  • Modifications & Progressions: Personalized techniques to enter, hold, and exit each pose safely, whether you’re a first-timer or looking for refinement.
  • Creative Transitions: Learn smooth and controlled transitions between arm balances, exploring movement beyond static holds.

In this workshop, you will:

  • Build Strength: Engage in targeted strengthening drills that stabilize your core and shoulders—the essential foundation for mastering inversions. 
  • Explore Various Inversions: Dive into a detailed breakdown of various inversions such as Headstand, Tripod Stand and Forearm Stand including safe entry/exit positions and maybe even find some hang time off the wal!  
  • Play with Shapes and Variations: Add a twist to your inversions with fun shapes and leg variations to elevate your practice further. We may even practice inversion transitions to expand your repertoire. 
  • Personalized Guidance: Enjoy dedicated time for questions, troubleshooting, and personal progression.
