FAQ

why choose this course?

In person training hours

One of our greatest strengths is the we have the highest number of  face-to-face training hours you receive in studio. We deliberately exceed industry norms meaning you’ll spend more hours in person with our trainers on the mat, reformer, cadillac, chair and barrel than even the most “established” most competitor courses.

Strict cohort size

In many established training course providers, you’ll also see big cohorts (often ~30) and very few apparatus (e.g., 2 in the room)—which limits hands-on time. We enforce a strict 2:1 ratio during practical blocks. You’ll teach classmates under supervision, learning to read bodies, program, layer and adjust in real time. No “watch an educator demo, 2 minutes for you” model—you’ll teach, on the apparatus, everyday, building tactile skills and teaching confidence.

Real time feedback

We keep cohorts intentionally tight so you get constant feedback from senior educators, not just a once-per-day correction. Expect ongoing mentoring, micro-drills, and immediate corrections that sharpen your eye and voice quickly.

Weekends only

Designed for people with jobs or families: weekends-only modules let you absorb the theory, practise during the week, and return each week sharper. You don’t “survive” a 14-day bootcamp—you build mastery over time.

Internationally recognized certification

Our program is internationally certified by NASM & AFAA—two widely recognised fitness education bodies. That gives you portability and credibility when applying across premium studios globally.

What makes this certification valuable?

The Flow Studio Education certification is highly regarded for its NASM® accreditation, which ensures international recognition, credibility, and enhanced career opportunities — particularly in the United States and other regions where NASM® standards are widely respected.
