Esther brings a fresh, artistic touch to her Pilates classes, drawing on a background in floristry and event decor and a lifelong love for creative pursuits.

Certified by the PAI Pilates Academy International in Reformer, Mat, and Pre/Postnatal Pilates, she’s passionate about helping clients connect deeply with their bodies.

Esther’s classes are the perfect balance of chill yet challenging, with detailed guidance, personalised modifications, and upbeat music that makes every session a joy.

Outside of the studio, you’ll find her crafting, dancing, or learning something new!

Kimberley has always been athletic from a very young age, and upon stumbling into Pilates while treating her own injuries, she decided to share its’ benefits with the world. Her background in physiotherapy helps her understand human anatomy and movements better, ensuring sessions are always tailored to your body’s specific condition. Incorporating movement into the rehab journey has always been what Kimberley strives towards, especially during the ‘Return to Sports’ phase.

She is a Certified STOTTs Pilates Instructor for Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, and Chair who applies a science-backed approach in programming all her classes.. She believes Pilates helps to improve mind-body awareness, and that’s the first step to better movement, reducing the risk of injuries so you move better.

With a passion for movement and a penchant for pastries, Portia brings her unique energy to every class. A certified STOTT Reformer and Matwork instructor with five years of Xtend Barre experience, she’s dedicated to helping clients discover new strengths and connections within themselves.

Expect high-energy sequences, plenty of laughs, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that’ll have you coming back for more.

When she’s not at The Flow Studio, you can find her at the squat rack or befriending every dog in town.

Eunice stumbled upon pilates at the nudge of a friend. Over the years, she grew to appreciate how Pilates offers a unique balance of body awareness, mobility and strength, perfectly complementing her diverse workout routine!

Driven by her curiosity and a desire to deepen her practice, Eunice pursued her education with STOTT Pilates. Embracing the mantra “Progression not Perfection”, Eunice hopes to create a supportive and encouraging environment where clients can challenge themselves safely, have fun and celebrate their progress together!
