Join us in a results based 5 week course specifically designed to enhance strength, conditioning and technique required to get you on your hands confidently. Learn how to activate the right muscles through foundational techniques, Work on various drills to improve functional mobility and build strength to effortlessly take flight and accelerate the progression of your arm balance & inversion practice.

We will cover various arm balances, inversions (variations of headstand, forearm stand & handstand), transitions to link these poses together and how to fall safely.

Limited to 8 spots only to ensure every student receives individual attention.
