The Flow Studio – Bangsar
Looking for a productive activity for your kids these school holidays? Join us for a specially curated school holiday kids yoga camp! This fun filled 5 day program will encompass daily 75 minute classes incorporating breath work, yoga flow, storytelling, guided visualisation, games and craft that encourage the practice of mindfulness amongst children. Each day will focus on a different theme so overall, your child learns how to better manage their emotions, react calmly to situations, increase their ability to focus and become stronger – physically, emotionally and mentally.
Day 1: I Am Calm
– mindful breathing/meditation

Day 2: I Am Brave
– bear hunt adventure
– overcoming fears
Day 3: I Am Strong
– focus & balance poses
– superhero yoga
Day 4: I Am Kind
– teamwork
– group/partner poses
Day 5: I Am Thankful
– gratitude practice
Suitable for children aged 4 – 10 years old. Each class is 75 mins.
We strongly encourage participation in the full camp as classes progress day by day, allowing kids to build on what they’ve learnt and get comfortable amongst the group.
