There’s no better time to SWEAT, STRENGTHEN & STRETCH on the mat than this quarantine season. Join us for a 3 week Total Body Pilates program that will sculpt, tone and tighten in all the right places! We’ve combined our signature pilates full body exercises with light weights and resistance bands in a low intensity dynamic workout that delivers results fast (just in time to get you Raya ready too!). Feel energized and stronger each day as we build your core strength while sculpting and toning your abs, arms and ass without the bulk.

This program gives you access to 15 live Pilates classes with your instructors (so no cheating!), and daily check ins via a closed community group so you’ll have friends to support you along your journey!

Efficient, effective and fun – expect nothing less than maximum burn, a rejuvenating spike in the heart rate and a relaxing stretch to relieve all the day’s tension.
