When I joined the 21 Day Challenge, it was my first time doing yoga! It was such a mind blowing experience because I never knew how peaceful and calming it would be, especially when I’m so busy with work! The instructors were also very alert on who was new and helped me out. I learned some techniques as well and one of the instructors even taught me how to stretch more effectively in a better position with better body engagement. Yoga somehow helped me respect, appreciate, understand and take better care of my body. I managed to achieve a tripod headstand in my last class! Everything was on point!

I love that I got to meet so many amazing yogis and instructors that inspired me, and made my progression challenging but absolutely fun.
It was a great opportunity to introduce myself into different types of yoga classes, from introductory level class to advanced level classes. There were different reward tiers depending on the types of classes so I was pushing myself to attend classes that I’m not familiar with. You’re also surrounded by like minded people that will constantly be encouraging you through your journey. I would describe it as a tenacious and physical challenge that strengthens your mind and body.
