Dancing is and had always been a big part of Elaine’s life as a performer and teacher. Whilst it took a physical toll on her body, Elaine found a healing space in yoga – for both the body and the mind.Â
Combining her experience in movement, her flows are engaging, intuitive and all about being present! She believes that yoga can help people discover their abilities whilst having a fluid time on the mat. She’s your instructor if you’re looking to let loose and feel good while flowing on the mat!
